Terms for using Everyday Bliss online services  

 
These terms apply when you use the Everyday Bliss website, public booking, contact forms, student services, staff portal, and related communication workflows. Last updated: July 4, 2026 

Use Of This Website 

By using this website or related portal features, you agree to use them only for lawful, accurate, and appropriate school, booking, student, staff, or inquiry purposes. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or submit false or misleading information. 

Appointments And Student Massage Services 

Public booking may be used to request student massage appointments with Everyday Bliss. Appointment availability, student therapist availability, service length, pricing, payment options, forms, and scheduling rules may change. A booking is not final until the appointment is confirmed through the booking workflow. Student massage services are provided as part of a supervised school clinic environment. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, emergency services, or treatment from a licensed medical professional. 

Payments 

When online payment is available, payments are handled through secure Stripe Checkout. Everyday Bliss does not collect or store payment card numbers in this portal. Appointment payment requirements, pay-later options, refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to the policies communicated by the school. 

SMS Messaging Terms 

Everyday Bliss may send transactional SMS appointment notifications to clients who opt in during the booking process. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, cancellations, and appointment follow-up forms. These messages are not marketing. 

  • Program name: Everyday Bliss appointment notifications. 
  • Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. 
  • Message and data rates may apply. 
  • Reply HELP for help. 
  • Reply STOP to opt out. 
  • SMS consent is optional and is not required to receive services from Everyday Bliss. 

Email And Other Communications 


Everyday Bliss may send transactional email or other communications related to inquiries, bookings, student services, support, school operations, or portal activity. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and keeping it updated. 

Forms, Portal Records, And User Content 


If you submit forms, notes, files, comments, support tickets, or other information through the website or portal, you are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of that content. Everyday Bliss may use submitted content to provide services, manage school operations, respond to requests, and maintain records. 

Privacy 


Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. 


No Guarantee Of Availability 


Everyday Bliss works to keep online services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every feature will always be available. We may update, suspend, or change website and portal features as needed.

To the extent permitted by law, Everyday Bliss is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of this website, booking tools, portal features, or communications.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of the website or portal after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
